1. Is there any age restriction in using Teviron?
Teviron is made with extremely refined fibers. There are no age restrictions in its use. It is recommended for pregnant women, since it contributes to a healthier infant's growth. Also it is most beneficial for the elders since the Teviron's fibers help improve the aging symptoms and help maintain health conditions.

2. Can healthy individuals use Teviron?

3. How to prove that Teviron generates negative ions?
When Teviron is rubbed against our skins and other materials, it generates negative ions. This can be tested using a static electricity tester (electroscope), or perform an experiment on the fabric inside a dark room with low moisture level. In the dark room, rub a clean teviron cloth; you will observe sparkles of green lights that indicates the presence of negative ions.

4. Does Teviron have any expiration date?
Even though every materials has an expiration date, the length of time till its expiration date depends on our method of usage and handling. Such as improper cleaning method will cause Teviron to loose its ability to generate negative ions. In other words, by following the recommended cleaning instructions, you will help increase the Teviron's lifetime in generating negative ions.

5. Can I use washing machine to wash Teviron materials?
If you choose to use a washing machine, the following is highly recommended:

1. Place Teviron clothings in a mesh laundry bag, then place them inside the washing machine.
2. Use low water current and select delicate washing cycle, in order to protect the Teviron fibers from being damaged by the washing cycles.
3. During draining, use the low draining speed that takes approximately 1 to 2 minutes.

6. If I accidentally mixed anti-static liquid in my Teviron laundry, what should I do?
Anti-static liquid usually forms a thin coating on the surface of any fabrics, including Teviron that causes it to stop generating negative ions. When this incident occurs, do not throw away your Teviron fabrics. Simply use a larger volume of clean water to wash your Teviron clothings. This is to wash away the thin coating and retrieve the Teviron's ability to generate negative ions. We also offer special detergent for washing Teviron materials.

7. My friend tried out Teviron clothings, but did not see any expected improvements like I had. Why is that?
When no improvements observed, there are 2 possible conditions. One is the person does not have health problems or in perfect health condition. The other is the improvement may have been affecting the internal body organs and do not have apparent symptoms for recovery or improvement to show. Everyone has different health quality, lifestyles, eating habits, and adapting ability. Therefore everyone has different levels and symptoms of improvement reaction after wearing the Teviron materials. Also, improvement reactions can either be apparent and non-apparent in the form of symptoms depending on individual physical condition.

8. I have multiple abnormal symptoms, such as intestine, stomach and liver. By using Teviron, which area will demonstrate improvement first?

21. Is too high a level of negative ions bad for me?
Negative ions have not been found to be harmful even in very high concentrations. However just the opposite, too low a level of negative ions are bad for our health. In fact, as of today there are several patents using high-density negative ions to treat depression.

22. I felt a lot of static on my Teviron garments. Are Negative Ions nothing more than ordinary static electricity?
No. This is not true. Negative ions are odorless oxygen atoms with an extra electron that flow through the air like electricity through a semiconductor. The electrical static charge induced by the Teviron garments when interacting with the nearby objects or your body indicates the floating negative ions.
